Who we are

What we collect

• Your account: shop name, your email address, and a password (stored only as a one-way hash — we can never read it).
• Your IposG till login: the email and password for your IposG account. The password is stored encrypted and is used only to sign in to IposG and sync your sales. It is never displayed back to anyone.
• Your shop data: the sales, products, prices and stock figures we sync from your IposG till, and any invoice photos you upload.

How we use it

We use this data only to provide the service to you: to sync your sales from IposG, show your dashboard and product analytics, and read invoice photos you upload so we can update your costs and stock.

How we store and protect it

Your account password is hashed (one-way). Your IposG password is encrypted with AES-256. All access is over HTTPS. Your shop's data is private to you; only you and the platform operator can see it, and shops are fully separated from one another.

Third parties

• Anthropic processes invoice photos you upload to extract the text (the invoice-scanning feature).
• IposG — we access your IposG account on your behalf, using the credentials you provide, to read your sales.

We do not sell your data to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account or ask us to delete your data, we will remove it (including your stored IposG credentials).

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, contact us at [contact@email]. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
